كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- لتقديم الخدمات وتحسين الأداء وتجربة المستخدم.

حقوقك

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- الصور المرفوعة لا تُحفظ لأكثر من يوم واحد؛ ويتم حذفها نهائياً ما لم يكن هناك اعتراض محدد يجري التحقيق فيه.
- الصور المُولّدة ضمن باقة Basic تُحفظ لمدة أسبوع أو شهر (بحسب الخطة) ثم تُحذف ولا يحق المطالبة بها بعد الحذف.
- اشتراك Pro يحتفظ بالصور المُولّدة لمدة سنة وبحد أقصى 500 صورة؛ بعد تجاوز الحد أو انتهاء المدة قد تُحذف الصور الأقدم.
- نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة للأغراض المعلنة ووفق المتطلبات القانونية.
تحديثات السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. استمرارك باستخدام المنصة بعد أي تحديث يُعد موافقة على السياسة المحدّثة.
تطبيقات الجوال (iOS و Android) والصلاحيات
- يتوفر للتطبيق نسخ على iOS و Android.
- قد يطلب التطبيق صلاحيات الوصول إلى التخزين للقراءة والكتابة بهدف حفظ وعرض الصور والملفات المولّدة.
- قد يطلب الوصول إلى الصور/مكتبة الوسائط لرفع مدخلاتك أو حفظ النتائج، والكاميرا لميزات تتطلب التقاط صور، والإشعارات لإرسال تحديثات حالة المهام.
- تُستخدم البيانات الناتجة عن هذه الصلاحيات للأغراض المعلن عنها فقط (كإتمام التوليد وحفظ النتائج وتحسين التجربة) ولا يتم الوصول إلى ملفاتك خارج النطاق المسموح.
- يمكنك رفض أو إلغاء الصلاحيات لاحقاً من إعدادات الجهاز، وقد يؤثر ذلك على بعض الميزات دون تعطيل الوصول عبر الويب.
الاشتراكات والباقات والنقاط
- لكل باقة مدة استخدام محددة؛ تنتهي النقاط بانتهاء المدة ولا يحق المطالبة بها بعد ذلك.
- في حال استخدام الخدمة بطريقة غير شرعية أو مخالفة للشروط، نحتفظ بحق إيقاف الاشتراك ومصادرة النقاط.
دقة المخرجات
قد تتضمّن الصور المولّدة أخطاء أو عدم دقة؛ المنصة لا تتحمّل مسؤولية أخطاء الذكاء الاصطناعي في التوليد.

- Generated images under the Basic plan are retained for one week or one month (depending on the plan) and then deleted; they cannot be claimed afterward.
- The Pro subscription retains generated images for one year, up to a maximum of 500 images; older images may be deleted when the limit or term is reached.
- We retain data only as necessary for the stated purposes and in accordance with legal requirements.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) and Permissions
- The app is available on iOS and Android.
- It may request storage read/write permissions to save and display generated images and files.
- It may request access to photos/media to upload inputs or save results, camera for capture features, and notifications for job status updates.
- Data accessed through these permissions is used solely for declared purposes (e.g., completing generation tasks, saving outputs, improving experience) and we do not access your personal files beyond the allowed scope.
- You may deny or later revoke permissions in device settings; this may limit certain features but does not prevent accessing your account via the web.
Subscriptions, Plans, and Credits
- Each plan has a fixed term; credits/points expire at the end of the term and are not claimable afterward.
- If the service is used unlawfully or in violation of the Terms, we may suspend the subscription and forfeit remaining credits.
Output Accuracy
AI‑generated images may contain errors or inaccuracies; the site is not liable for AI generation mistakes.
