الاستخدام المسموح
تُستخدم الخدمات للأغراض المشروعة فقط وبما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها. يُحظر استخدام المنصة لإنشاء محتوى مخالف أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.
الملكية الفكرية
تظل جميع حقوق البرمجيات والواجهة والمحتوى الخاص بالمنصة مملوكة للشركة. يمنع نسخ أو إعادة توزيع أو اشتقاق أعمال دون إذن صريح.
المخرجات المولدة
- قد تُستخدم الصور الناتجة عن البرومبتات التابعة للشركات لأغراض إعلانية وتسويقية تخص الشركة المالكة للبرومبت.
- باستخدامك لهذه البرومبتات، فإنك تمنح الشركة حق استخدام الصور الناتجة لأغراضها الإعلانية دون أي مطالبات قانونية أو مالية تجاه الشركة.
- لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية أي استخدام غير مصرح به للمخرجات من قبل أطراف خارجية.
- قد تتضمّن الصور المولّدة أخطاء أو عدم دقة؛ المنصة لا تتحمّل مسؤولية أخطاء الذكاء الاصطناعي في التوليد.
- سياسة الاحتفاظ: الصور المرفوعة لا تُحفظ لأكثر من يوم واحد وتُحذف نهائياً ما لم يكن هناك اعتراض محدد للتحقيق؛ صور باقة Basic تُحفظ أسبوعاً أو شهراً ثم تُحذف؛ باقة Pro تحتفظ بالصور لمدة سنة بحد أقصى 500 صورة.
الحساب والرسوم
- قد تتطلب بعض الميزات خصم نقاط أو رسوم وفق باقة الاشتراك.
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعدم مشاركتها.
- لكل باقة مدة استخدام محددة؛ تنتهي النقاط بانتهاء المدة المحددة ولا يحق المطالبة بها بعد ذلك.
- في حال استخدام الخدمة بطريقة غير شرعية أو مخالفة للشروط، نحتفظ بحق إيقاف الاشتراك ومصادرة النقاط.
تطبيقات الجوال (iOS و Android) والصلاحيات
- يتوفر للتطبيق نسخ على iOS و Android.
- قد يطلب التطبيق صلاحيات الوصول إلى التخزين للقراءة والكتابة بهدف حفظ وعرض الصور والملفات المولّدة.
- قد يطلب الوصول إلى الصور/مكتبة الوسائط لرفع مدخلاتك أو حفظ النتائج، والكاميرا لميزات تتطلب التقاط صور، والإشعارات لإرسال تحديثات حالة المهام.
- تتم المطالبة بالصلاحيات عبر نافذة نظام التشغيل، ويمكنك رفضها أو إلغائها لاحقاً من إعدادات الجهاز.
- تعطيل بعض الصلاحيات قد يحدّ من بعض الميزات، لكنه لا يمنع الوصول إلى حسابك عبر الويب.
- تُستخدم الصلاحيات فقط للأغراض المعلن عنها وتحسين التجربة، ولا يتم الوصول إلى ملفاتك الشخصية خارج النطاق المسموح.

التعديلات
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر. يُعد استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات موافقةً عليها.

By accessing our platform and image generation services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Permitted Use
Use the services only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The platform may not be used to create content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
All rights in the software, interface, and platform content are owned by the company. Copying, redistribution, or derivative works are prohibited without explicit permission.
Generated Outputs
- Images generated from company-owned prompts may be used for the company’s advertising and marketing purposes.
- By using such prompts, you grant the company the right to use resulting images for its advertising without legal or financial claims against the company.
- The platform is not responsible for any unauthorized use of outputs by third parties.
- AI‑generated images may include errors or inaccuracies; the site is not liable for AI generation mistakes.
- Retention policy: uploaded images are kept no longer than one day and deleted permanently unless a specific dispute is under investigation; Basic plan images are retained for one week or one month, then deleted; Pro plan retains images for one year up to 500 images.
Accounts and Fees
- Some features may require points deduction or fees depending on your subscription plan.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them.
- Each plan has a fixed term; credits/points expire at the end of the term and are not claimable afterward.
- If the service is used unlawfully or in violation of the Terms, we may suspend the subscription and forfeit remaining credits.
Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) and Permissions
- The app is available on iOS and Android.
- It may request storage read/write permissions to save and display generated images and files.
- It may request access to photos/media to upload inputs or save results, camera for capture features, and notifications for job status updates.
- Permissions are requested via the OS prompt; you can deny or later revoke them in device settings.
- Disabling certain permissions may limit some features, but does not prevent accessing your account via the web.
- Permissions are used solely for declared purposes and improving the experience; we do not access your personal files beyond the allowed scope.
Permissions summary: Storage (read/write), Photos/Media, Camera, and Notifications — used only for declared features and to improve the experience.
Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to create or publish content that is illegal, incites hatred, violates privacy, or includes protected materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without any kind of warranty. The platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or profits.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after publishing updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
